We simply ask for your general information (here) to open an account with us for warranty purposes.

The first step is to set up your account with us.  You can do this in advance (here).

Once your order is placed, an estimate will be emailed to you with a request for your authorization.  This is to ensure that we have your order to your exact specifications.  Once we receive your authorization we will email an invoice to you for payment for the order, once payment is received we will place the order and have it by your needed date.   Please note that no order will be placed without an approved estimate and payment arrangements.  

We do offer a Net 15 or Net 30 with a credit application submitted to us here.  The review process takes about 24 hours. 

Accounts extended by Construction Structure & Supply LLC can be revoked at any time for any reason that CSS LLC deems necessary.  Invoices on approved accounts are issued as of the shipment date unless otherwise approved.   Late payments may result in fees or credit/order holds.  

We do accept all major credit/debit cards (with a 3% fee).  We also accept cash and checks. 

We are in the business of supplying custom construction materials.  All custom orders items are deemed non-returnable.  Any other returns require prior autorization before any refunds are issued.  Please be advisede, restocking fees may apply.
