If this past week had a theme, it would be connection—to our planet, our people, and the purpose behind everything we do.

With Earth Day this week, it felt especially important to pause and reflect on the role we play in building a more sustainable future. At Construction Structure & Supply, we believe that what we build matters—and how we build it matters even more.

Metal roofing continues to stand out as one of the most environmentally responsible choices available. It’s long-lasting, energy-efficient, and often made from recycled materials—helping reduce waste while protecting what matters most. It’s not just about a roof over your head… it’s about making decisions today that benefit tomorrow.


On a more personal note, this past week was a reminder of just how important it is to show up for one another. We celebrated the wedding of dear friends—filled with laughter, love, and new beginnings. At the same time, we stood close with family through a season of loss.

Life has a way of holding both joy and sorrow at once… and it’s in those moments that our strength, faith, and connection truly take root.


Here at CSS, we continue to grow in ways that matter. One of the biggest improvements happening right now is our expanding in-stock inventory. We understand that not every project comes with weeks of planning—sometimes you need materials now.

That’s why we’re working hard to ensure we can meet those last-minute needs with speed, reliability, and the same level of care you’ve come to expect from us.

We’re not just growing—we’re becoming more responsive, more prepared, and more committed than ever.

Keeping the Momentum Going

Last week, I talked about momentum — the kind you earn through hard work, long days, and showing up even when it would be easier not to.






This week?    We’re living in it.

Checking in with our customers, not just as clients — but as people. Making surprise visits to job sites to ensure everything is running smoothly. Taking the extra time to make sure materials are delivered with care and attention.  


We are growing.

And we are incredibly blessed to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

Momentum doesn’t mean slowing down once things start moving. 
    It means leaning in. 
    Staying present. 
    Continuing to show up with purpose — for every customer, every project, every conversation.

This week has been filled with intentional care: 

And one of the most meaningful parts — connecting with the community. Talking with neighbors, sharing conversations, building relationships that go far beyond business. 

Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just about materials or projects. It’s about people.  


I am proud and thankful for all of our people!


We don’t take a single bit of it for granted.

If I had to sum up the last couple weeks in one word… it would be momentum. 
Not the kind that just shows up out of nowhere — the kind you fight for.  
The kind built on long days, tough calls, faith, and showing up even when you’re tired. 

At Construction Structure & Supply, we are growing. For real.  Not just busy — building something. We’ve had new opportunities come in, exciting conversations happening, and doors opening that remind me why I started this in the first place.  

And let me just say this — none of it happens alone. To our customers, our people, our friends, and our family… thank you. Every order, every referral, every “hey, I see you” message — it matters more than you probably realize.

Yet at my core, I am still just myself—
a wife and mother living day by day,
a dog mom (because honestly, Louie runs the house!),
a Grammy (the most precious memories!—Jelly Bean explosions, fingers in frosting, jumping on beds and more!),
and a daughter, sister, and aunt.

Some days, balancing all these roles while growing my business feels like managed chaos. I feel it—long mornings, late nights, endless calls in the midst of it—but I wouldn’t swap it for anything. This isn’t just a business. It’s a mission I’m building for my family, my future, and the people who stand by me. 

Growth matters—especially from purpose and perseverance.
We’re a woman-owned business. Every win means confidence, integrity, authenticity.
Critics speak. We listen to those who uplift us.
Doubt once held me back. Now, every step is a victory.
When others see us, they see who we are.
Recognition means we’re making a real difference.

We’re not just growing—we’re flourishing.
